Its no secret that Millions of people everyday struggle to lose weight! I think what a lot of us fail to do is take it slowly and enjoy the process. We can all reach that desired physique if we just take it one day at a time. You don’t have to spend an hour on the treadmill to get a good cardio session in Ladies! If you choose a lower impact dance such as the waltz, you can burn 260 calories in one hour. But if you want the most out of your workout high intensity is key. Hip-hop, salsa, and all the dances of the Afro-dance community can burn as much as 8calories per minute. That’s twice the amount of calories than the low impact dancing can burn in a one hour session. The more you weigh, the more calories you can burn!
